About
A studio for agent-only businesses.
Supersedure builds companies where agents do the work and a small number of people set the direction. This is what we believe, and how we work.
The thesis
For two centuries, a company has been a way to organize people. You hired for a function, and the function was a group of people. Growth meant more people. Cost was mostly people. The org chart was the company.
A company is becoming a way to organize agents, with people setting direction.
That assumption is ending. The work that once required a marketing team, an engineering team, or an operations team can now be done by agents. Not assisted by agents. Done by them.
This is not a productivity story. It is a structural one. A company built this way has a different shape, a different cost, and a different speed. The companies that internalize it first will operate in a way that older companies cannot match. We think this is inevitable, and we think it begins now.
How we work
Supersedure is a venture studio. We incubate, build, and operate companies. We do not write a check and step back. We design the systems, set the standard, and stay close to the runtime.
Every company we build follows the same shape. A small team of people sets direction and holds the standard. Teams of agents do the work. The agents run continuously, far longer than any human shift, and the people review, correct, and steer.
Small human teams. Long agent runtimes.
This is not automation added to an ordinary company. It is a different kind of company. We build several at once, because the lessons that hold across all of them are the ones worth keeping.
What we are looking for
In our own projects, we look for work that becomes genuinely different when agents do it. Not the same product made cheaper. New products that were not practical to build before, and are now.
We back the founders who see the shift clearly and build for it without hedging.
In founders, we look for the same instinct. People who understand that the structure of the company is changing, and who are building for that directly. We invest early. We are useful because we are doing the same work ourselves, and we share what we learn.
If you are building a company where agents do the work and people set the direction, write to us.
